Switch on your PlayStation 3 or 4 Console, and choose PlayStation Store from the XMB (Cross Media Bar).

In the top right-hand corner of PlayStation Store menu there is an icon called Redeem Codes. Click it.

Types in your 12 digit unique code into the field on Redeem Codes page, then click continue to have the funds added to your wallet.

Items or Content bought from the PlayStation Store will only be used with Sony Entertainment Network account that purchases the item or content. Content may not be transferred from a Sony Entertainment Network account to a different one.
