After the Sale

After your payment is received your order will be processed and your card will be dispatched via email as a Jpeg attachment to the email address registered to your PayPal account.

If you are a first time buyer your order will need to be verified. This security procedure is to ensure you have authorised the payment from your account. After you click checkout you will need to verify your identity by telephone. This is done through our automated call service. You will only need to this once. After you verification you can select a payment method and proceed to checkout. Your product will be sent to your email address within 1 hour of payment during our working hours.

The card will not be dispatched via post as it is a digital product.

Not received your card?

Our opening hours are 09:00-01:00 GMT 7 days a week.

If you have not received your card within 2 hours and it is within our opening hours please email us straight away at following email address:

We offer an outstanding live email support service and the average response times are within 10 minutes.

So if you are concerned, worried or even confused, drop us an email and we will be glad to help or explain the procedure.

Please ensure you take the following steps before contacting us.

1) You have checked your spam/junk mail folders.

2) You have checked the email address registered to your account (make sure you have access to this email account).

Keep an eye on your Spam/Junk filters

If this is your first order from us, remember to keep an eye on your spam and junk mail folders, it is possible that your card has gone to your spam/junk without you noticing.

After these steps have been taken and you have still not received your card, please contact us.

Your email will be dealt with by a live agent and not by an automated system. Our live email support service is between the hours of 09:00am-01:00am Monday to Sunday (GMT London)

If you have not received your card and it has been over 3 hours please email us straight away. If you are having difficulties in redeeming a card, or have any general question we will be glad to hear from you.

On average, our email response time is within 10 minutes.
