What Is Hytale?

Early Access release focuses on polished core systems - exploration, responsive combat, and robust building - alongside creator‑first tools for making your own content, crafting minigames, and running community servers. A WORLD TO EXPLORE

As you traverse each generated landscape, the world will open up around you. Towering ruins, forgotten caverns, and strange landmarks await off the beaten path, with small glimmers of history hinted at in the places, creatures, and items you discover. Along the way you might stumble upon random events, hidden dens, or sudden challenges that turn a simple trip into a memorable story. With a constant mix of surprises and points of interest to uncover, every journey will feel different.

Hytale will support many different playstyles in its final form. Whether you want to be a settler, adventurer, or craftsperson, you'll have plenty to do as you advance through the game.
