How do I download/view the code/key?
1. Log in to the account you used to purchase your key
2. Navigate to your dashboard on the top right of the page
3. Click on the My Orders section.
4. Select your order to view your keys.
Can my code/key be redeemed at a later date?
Unless stated otherwise, our products can be redeemed at any time.
However, we highly recommend redeeming/activation sooner than later.
Where can I see my code/key?
Your key will be viewable in the My Orders section of your dashboard.
How many devices can OEM keys be used on?
The 1 PC can only activate 1 PC, whereas the 5 PC can activate up to 5 PC. It can only be used on one-time installation only.
Do your Windows & Office keys provide lifetime access?
Unless stated otherwise, some are binding and some are not.
Is there a subscription fee for your Windows & Office products?
No, there is no subscription fee for any of our Windows or Office keys.
Can my EF account be deleted?
You can deactivate your account at any time.
Note: Your EF account holds all your purchase and support ticket history.
Do you have any other payment method besides PayPal?
We support PayPal, Cryptocurrency and VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX payments.
