- Transform world geography: merge countries, grant independence to regions, or add new cities.
- Create intricate missions and scenarios with events like protests, wars, disasters, scandals, assassinations, elections, and more—complete with conditional triggers and editable text.
- Remake history with scenarios from 1900 onward, including past or future settings.
- Customize with new character faces, names, logos, and group identities using the included kit.

New Enhancements
Compared to previous tools, enjoy advanced features like creating opposition groups (legal or illegal), configuring illegal organizations with controlled regions and forces, city battles, changing leaders or parties, adding buildings like power plants, modifying unit appearances (drones, police, etc.), spontaneous riots, and planned actions such as battles, legislation votes, independence grants, and more. New conditions for events, law modifications for resources, multi-language support (Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese), and pre-built scenarios like "Arctic Wars" and "The End of Europe?".
Example Scenarios
Arctic Wars (2018): The US and Russia clash over Arctic resources amid climate change. As Denmark's leader, prevent global conflict while Greenland seeks independence.
The End of Europe? (2020): The EU has dissolved after populist victories and regional independences. Lead opposition to rebuild a new Europe.

This add-on is for PC via Steam and activates only for owners of Power & Revolution 2023 Edition. Released on July 31, 2023, in the RU+CIS region for simulators and strategy genres.
