  5. DO NOT CHANGE THE REGION of your account as it can deactivate your current subscription! Only the email, password, and adding 2FA can be updated. 
  
  6. When logging into the Spotify App, choose the Continue with Email and Enter the full Spotify email address and Password provided.
  
          - If in case, a 6-digit code was sent to the email address, skip it and choose the Login with password option instead. This only happens when you login to the Spotify website, so we recommend installing and logging into the App instead.
  
        - Upon your first login, DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ACCOUNT YET. AFTER 24 HOURS, YOU MUST UPDATE THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD.

• 1. Use the credentials you received (directly or via an external website) and log into the account. 

  2. Make sure that the content on the account is correct (valid for the advertised period, correct subscription plan) and that it is NOT a part of Spotify Family Plan (here).

  3. When logging into the Spotify App, choose the Continue with Email and Enter the full Spotify email address and Password provided.

  4. Once the 24 hours from your first login has passed, you may now update the following credentials:
  
        - Change the email
        - Change the password
        - Add 2FA

  
  

  NOTE: In case of you receive an account with Outlook email and encounter any issues with it (blocked/deactivated/suspended, etc.), please follow the instruction below:

  By clicking the ""Next"" button and using a phone number capable of receiving the Microsoft verification code via SMS, you can unlock Outlook.

  This is a precautionary measure implemented by Microsoft to prevent bots or malicious software from gaining unauthorized access.

  This is a one-time process. Your phone number will not be permanently linked to the email.
