Install Your eSIM

Option A: Scan QR Code- Open your QR scanner app.
- Scan the provided QR code.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the eSIM profile.
- Label the eSIM for easy identification (e.g., "Travel eSIM - Europe").
- Go to your device's settings:
- iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
- Android: Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Add Carrier.
- Select "Enter Details Manually."
- Input the ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) provided.
- Enter any additional details like the activation code if prompted.
- Confirm and install the profile.
- Open the provided direct URL on your browser to access the eSIM profile.
- Follow the prompts to download and add the plan under Settings > Cellular.
- Verify the installation in your Cellular settings.
Activate Your eSIM
Activation depends on your plan's policy. check DESCRIPTION tab for details:
- Some eSIMs activate automatically upon connecting to a local network (e.g., when you arrive at your destination).
- Others activate immediately after installation—time this for just before your trip to maximize validity.
Connect to a Local Network
Once installed, connect to get online:
For iOS (iPhone)- Go to Settings.
- Tap Cellular.
- Tap your eSIM line.
- Toggle on Turn On This Line.
- Toggle on Data Roaming.
- Tap Network Selection and select a supported network (you can find a list of networks in the DESCRIPTION tab in this page).
For Android
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Network & Internet.
- Tap Mobile Network.
- Turn on your eSIM.
- Turn on Mobile Data.
- Turn on Data Roaming.
- Select a supported network (you can find a list of networks in the DESCRIPTION tab in this page).
You're now connected! Monitor your data usage in your device's settings.

Restart your device, ensure Wi-Fi is connected during install, or retry the QR scan/manual entry.
