More chaos, more destruction, more Rufus. Not one, not two, but three Rufuses cause all sorts of crazy mayhem in the long-awaited point-and-click adventure comedy Goodbye Deponia!

Organon plans the annihilation of Deponia, the lovely Goal (once again) is nowhere to be found, and the anti-hero Rufus can't seem to stop doing things his own way.

Inventor and free spirit Rufus just wants to leave the junkyard planet Deponia and relocate to paradise Elysium, the spaceship orbiting Deponia reserved for society's elite. Goal, the former Elysian girl who stole Rufus's heart, still appears to be the key to his endeavor and the elevator that will take him into space. Finally, Rufus hatches what seems like the perfect plan.

Of course, everything that can go wrong does go wrong. With Goal missing, Rufus finds himself among Organon's stern officials, in a highway RV (initially in disguise). When Rufus stumbles upon a cloning machine, he thinks he's found his escape. A clone copy should help him out of this seemingly hopeless situation. But an "inexplicable" glitch leads to complications, and Goal slips from our hero's grasp once more. Now he must tackle three major problems: find Goal again, reach Elysium, and prevent Organon from destroying the entire planet Deponia.

Only three Rufuses can solve three problems, so the hapless inventor decides to clone himself! This leads to wild consequences for the player: in Goodbye Deponia, the player often has to control all three Rufuses together to complete tasks, even as Rufus frequently gets in his own way.

The award-winning Deponia series consists of three bizarre adventure tales from the junk planet Deponia.
