1. The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards.

2. The Gift Card can be brought in the following currencies only - AED and/or SAR.

3. Gift Cards balance in a customer's noon pay cashback wallet cannot exceed a monthly limit of AED8,000/- in UAE and SAR 8,000/- in KSA.

5. The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com. Once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com and its affiliates: SIVVI.com, and noon pay-UAE.

6. Once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the Applicable Customers cashback balance on the noon pay platform and which will also be visible on the checkout page of noon.com and/or its affiliates, under noon pay balance.

7. The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items.

8. The Gift Card may also be used for Recharges and/or Bill Payments services on the noon pay-UAE platform.

9. If a customer would like to use the redeemed Gift Card balance on the noon pay platform and access additional spending touchpoints, then the customer will have to successfully complete the initial KYC process by scanning their Emirates ID.

10. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.

11. Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued.

12. Gift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are:

a. responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized use.

b. only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone, in any circumstance.

c. noon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

13. noon is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the gift card has not been redeemed before the expiry date.
