1. Open the Amazon app using your iPhone/iPad/Android device.

2. Click the menu icon (it's three horizontal lines).

3. Scroll down and click Gift Cards & Registry.

4. At the top of the page, you'll see Your Current Gift Card Balance. Click on the down arrow to open a sub-menu and select Redeem an Amazon Gift Card.

5. Enter the 14-digit code sent to your email address, then tap Apply to your balance.

6. You can see your new Amazon gift card balance toward the top of the screen. You can immediately use your newly added gift card balance to make your next purchase.

Method 1

1. Log in to your amazon.com account using your android/iPhone/PC/Mac device. 

2. On the top-right under Hello, (YourName), click on the arrow for the drop-down menu next to Account & Lists, then go to Your Account

3. Select Gift cards

4. Next, click the Redeem a Gift Card button

5. Enter the 14-digit code sent to your email address, then click Apply to your balance.

Method 2

Alternatively, you can go to https://amazon.com/redeem  using your internet browser from your android/iPhone/PC/Mac device and you will automatically be taken to the Redeem a gift card page. Be sure to sign in to your Amazon account before trying to redeem any claim codes or gift cards.
