This unique add-on includes the custom-built F40PHL-2 in 'Miami Commuter Rail' livery, complete with bi-level commuter coaches and a driveable cab car. Built on retired Conrail GP40 frames with a powerful 3,200 horsepower Electro-Motive 645-series engine, it powers both traction and HEP for the commuter consist. Features dynamic braking, ditch lights, and instrument lights. Also includes Bombardier bi-level coaches with passenger views and Quick Drive compatibility for any enabled route.
