What is Afterplace?
Afterplace is an adventurous retro game for those who love to get lost in a huge open world full of hidden secrets, treasures, and creatures. Explore dense woods, battle monsters, interact with shady characters—or walk away mid-conversation. Forge your own path without waypoints, discovering labyrinths and dungeons in concealed nooks. With simple, fluid controls, focus on exploration and discovery. Chat with characters or run past them; choose your story or ignore it entirely (consequences may vary).

- Tons of friends, enemies, and at least one frenemy

About the Developer: Created entirely by Evan Kice, a former software engineer from Austin, TX, who quit his job in 2019 to pursue this passion project. Originally mobile in 2022, now polished for PC with hundreds of hidden scenes and unique playthroughs every time.
How to Activate on Steam
