Step 1: Download the Software
Download Avast Premium Security 2020 from the Avast website.

Step 2: Run the Setup File
Right-click the downloaded setup file
avast_internet_security_setup_online.exeand choose Run as administrator. -
Step 3: Follow the Setup Wizard
The Avast Setup wizard appears. Choose one of the following options:
- Install: Click Install for setup with default options.
- Custom Installation: Select Custom installation to choose the location of program files, program components, and languages on the following screen.

Step 4: Complete Installation
The installation progress bar appears while the program installs. When setup is complete, you can activate your subscription by clicking I have already bought a subscription or continue in 30-day trial mode.

Step 5: Select Firewall Mode
When a network is detected, select a firewall mode:
- Private: Select if your computer is connected to a home or private network.
- Public: Select if connected to a public or shared network.
Avast Premium Security 2020 is now installed on your computer and ready to use.
