Valid activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise in any Champneys resort and City Spa.

For Online, days/stays and treatments can also be redeemed at champneys.com.
- Spa products currently cannot be purchased on the website with a gift card, orders can be made by emailing [email protected] with your full order, gift card number and delivery details

Gift cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stored on the card on payment of the difference.

This card may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

No change will be given, but the balance will remain on the card.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months, after which they expire and cannot be extended, any balance remaining will be deducted.
