Once activated, you'll have 12 months to use your Prepaid Card wherever Mastercard is accepted.
REMINDERS:
You have 4 months to redeem your Mastercard Prepaid Card. Once accessed, you have 7 months to use your account wherever Mastercard Debit is accepted online or over the phone. Please note that some merchants may choose not to accept out of country currency at their own discretion. If this occurs, pay for your purchase by another payment method and use your Mastercard Prepaid Card at a different merchant.
If your purchase is greater than your available balance, split the purchase into two transactions, if possible. Tell the cashier in advance the exact amount to deduct from the card, then pay the balance of the purchase with a second form of payment such as cash, check, or credit card. If using for online shopping, contact the merchant directly for instructions on how to make a split tender purchase. You may be able to purchase a merchant gift card from the merchant that can be used to combine for the transaction total. Please note, not all merchants are equipped to handle "split-tender" transactions.

3. Select a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard, ready for immediate use online or over the phone anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
4. Or, if available, choose a Physical Prepaid Mastercard, to be mailed to you (shipping and handling fee of USD 3.00 applies).NOTE: You will have 4 months to redeem your reward. Once activated, you'll have 12 months to use your Prepaid Card wherever Mastercard is accepted.
