Activation Instructions for Broadcom Support Portal

Step 1: Log In or Create an Account
Log in or create a new account on the Broadcom Support portal.

Step 2: Build Your Profile
Make sure to Build the Profile to gain access to download links.

Step 3: Select VMware Cloud Foundations
Use the dropdown next to Username and select VMware Cloud Foundations.

Step 4: Access My Downloads
On the left-hand side menu, click My Downloads.

Step 5: Search for Software
Search for the required software version.

Step 6: Language Selection
If you want to download a client in a different language than English, unmark the English only checkbox in the upper right to see other versions (if available).

Step 7: View Group
Click View Group on the right side of the desired item.

Step 8: Choose Version and Download
Use the drop-down in the upper right to choose the version you need and download it.

Step 9: Install and Launch
After installation, launch the software client and click Help.

Step 10: Enter Serial Number
Click Enter Serial Number and enter the licence key. Click OK and register your licence.
