Darwin's Aquarium is a real-time fish breeding simulator.

Build up a tank, start training and breeding your own fish to survive and thrive. Advance your breeding capabilities, improve your breeding grounds and unlock more valuable fish.

You'll see plenty of unbelievable fish interaction: Fish that start hunting, fleeing, cooperating. Some might learn to farm algae, others might start to bait less harmful fish… who knows…? There is no limit to the interaction of the fish, and every evolution of species can bring new features. Make sure you select your fish carefully and only breed the fittest, so you can compete against the other fish. It's up to you and your fish to cooperate with other players or just defeat them- but be warned: Your fish are getting intelligent. They might have their own will soon!

Note: The game is under active development and therefore the in-game graphics might look a little different from the screenshots.

Plans: There is currently a building system for your room and house, a complex mutation system, a complete AI back-end to train fish and much more. That all aims toward build a best-possible simulation of real life evolution of fish, plus a lot of fun by doing so. Multiplayer(PVP and PVE), global trading (player to player), and cooperative training on the same fish will be added to the pre-release and should all be finished on the full release of the game. Furthermore, we expect the game to be of interest for educational or scientific purposes.

Redeeming on Steam

Steam Client

Launch the Steam client and log in to your Steam account. (If you don't have it, download and install it from here)
On the lower-left corner, click on Click + ADD A GAME, then select Activate a Product on Steam...
A Product Activation window will pop up, just click Next.
Read the Agreement, and click I Agree.
Enter the Steam game code and hit Next.
Click Finish.

At this point, you can choose to download/install the game on your PC now or do it at a later time. You will find your game in your Steam Library.

Go to Activate a Product on Steam, make sure you are already logged in to your Steam account.
Enter your Steam product code on the space provided, tick the I agree box, then click Continue.
The game will now be added to your Steam Library.

For Steam Pre-loaded Accounts

Launch the Steam Client using the Steam credentials sent to your email address. (If you don't have it, download and install it from the official Steam website).
To get the verification code, log in to the Electronic First Email Login using the Email Credentials sent to your email address, and enter the verification code on Steam.
Make sure that the content on the account is correct (e.g., correct edition of the game, no playtime, etc.).
Change the credentials to make the account your own. We recommend you do this as soon as possible:

- Change the email

- Change the password

- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Steam Guard)
The account should be used solely to access the purchased game or content. It is NOT RECOMMENDED to use it as your primary account, as it may cause issues when making purchases.
