I bought an Office key, entered it at setup.office.com but it says Key Not Activated or Invalid.
1. Please make sure that you are activating it correctly. Some software products have different activation instruction. See How to Activate Office Key to check.
2. If you have followed the activation instructions and still get the same error, please contact our Customer Support Team via Support Tickets on your EF Dashboard so we can check if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
